Scope of this policy

This privacy policy applies only to the website content available on molansen.com and its subdomains.

Every application released by 深圳市墨蓝森软件有限公司 will have its own privacy policy, published with that product and written to reflect its actual behaviour. This website policy does not describe how any application handles data.

What this website does not do

The website is a collection of static pages with no server-side application logic. In particular:

  • it does not offer account registration or sign-in;
  • the site itself does not use cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage to recognise visitors;
  • it does not use advertising trackers, A/B testing or analytics services other than Cloudflare Web Analytics as described below;
  • it does not load third-party fonts, images, embeds or scripts other than the Cloudflare Web Analytics performance beacon;
  • it does not display advertising or create browser fingerprints; and
  • it has no contact form, so it does not collect information through a web form.

A small same-origin script assembles the displayed email addresses from separate parts. It sends no network request and does not read or write browser storage. The separate Cloudflare Web Analytics script is described below.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how they perform for real visitors. Cloudflare Pages automatically adds a performance-measurement script served from static.cloudflareinsights.com. On our Cloudflare-proxied domain, measurements are sent to the same-origin /cdn-cgi/rum endpoint.

The Cloudflare dashboard provides aggregate page-view and visit counts, load times and Core Web Vitals. It also provides dimensions such as country or region, host, path, referring site, device type, browser, operating system and navigation type. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not record URL query strings and does not currently provide custom event tracking.

Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies, localStorage or similar client-side state to recognise a visitor over time, and does not use IP addresses, User-Agent strings or other fingerprints to track individuals. We use the resulting statistics only to understand website use and performance—not for advertising, cross-site tracking or individual profiles. Cloudflare currently makes the previous six months of Web Analytics data available to us.

Blocking the analytics script does not affect the website’s main content or functions. The visit may simply be absent from our analytics or lack complete performance measurements.

Information processed to deliver the website

Cloudflare Pages hosts and distributes this website. When you request a page, Cloudflare processes information needed to deliver the response, maintain security and prevent abuse. This will generally include the IP address, browser and operating-system identifiers, request time, requested address and referring address.

Separate from Web Analytics, Cloudflare may provide aggregate edge-network traffic information and, when we investigate attacks, abuse or service failures, sampled or request-level security events. Those events can include an IP address, browser identifier, timestamp and request path. Cloudflare may also set cookies that are strictly necessary to provide security services; those cookies are not used for our website analytics. We do not currently export these logs to another system or combine them with other records to build visitor profiles.

Cloudflare handles this information under its own policies and retention periods.

When you email us

If you write to an address published on this website, we receive your email address, message and any attachment you choose to send. We use that information to read and answer your message and, where appropriate, retain a record of the correspondence.

Company email is provided by Tencent Exmail, which processes and stores message content as our email service provider. Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment credentials or other sensitive information unless we have specifically asked for it and explained why it is needed.

We do not add correspondents to marketing lists, or sell or trade their address to unrelated third parties. This does not prevent processing by service providers such as Cloudflare and Tencent Exmail where needed to host the website or deliver email, or disclosure required by law, service security or the protection of legitimate rights. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the matter, our business records and applicable legal obligations.

International processing

Cloudflare operates a global network, so website request information may be processed outside the country or region from which you visit. We are based in Shenzhen, China, and company email is provided through Tencent Exmail. If we materially change our hosting, email providers or data-handling arrangements, we will update this policy before the change takes effect where required.

Your choices and rights

The website does not create user accounts, and Cloudflare Web Analytics does not give us a profile that persistently identifies an individual visitor. As a result, we generally cannot connect an analytics record with a specific person. Requests concerning information processed by Cloudflare to provide network and security services are also subject to Cloudflare’s own processes.

If you have corresponded with us by email, you may ask us to access, correct or delete the related record, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping needs. Use the privacy address on the Contact page and identify the correspondence concerned. To avoid acting on another person’s messages, we may ask you to write from the same address used originally.

Children

This general company website is not designed for children and does not knowingly seek personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

When we make a material change, we update the effective and last-updated dates shown on this page. The current version published here applies to your use of the website.

Contact

For privacy and personal-information requests, use the privacy address on the Contact page. The same page lists a general address for other enquiries.
